Not in love with your purchase? We will gladly accept returns and issue a store credit. We currently do not offer cash refunds.
To process a return, please email email@example.com and provide your order number. (Do this first & wait for our reply before doing anything else!)
When sending your item back to us, please return the item in its original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new). Please note that you will receive store credit of the full amount of the GARMENT, not your original shipping fee.
All return requests should be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will not process any requests that fall beyond those 14 days or show signs of wear/damage.
Please allow 1 week from the date we receive your return for your store credit to be issued. Delays may occur during new collection releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience!
If you receive an item that is damaged/wrong, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
